Women's Wellness Walk benefitting the Foundation of Dane County Parks

2023 Women’s Wellness Walks  Series presented by Zen Ed Wellness

Experience the healing benefits of nature, connect with women from the Dane County area, and support the Foundation for Dane County Parks with our series of Women’s Wellness Walks this summer.   

Gather at the designated park at 6 pm,  meet up with some like-minded women, enjoy an approximately 45-minute walk on the parks’ trails, and explore/discuss a different wellness theme or strategy each walk.  Walks are easy-to-moderate, and can be accommodated for all levels.   

This summer’s theme is Re-Imagine.   As we all search for ways to take care of ourselves, our communities, and our planet, let’s re-imagine what wellness could look like!  

Register at https://www.zened-wellness.com under the Services tab.   You can register for one or all walks.  Drop-ins are welcome, but registering helps us communicate with you about meet-up spots and weather-related changes.
