Cancellation & Change Policy

You can cancel or change your reservations online at www.reservedane.com.

• To cancel - Login and then go to My Account, Cancel a Reservation
• To change -  Login and then go to My Account, Change a Reservation

• Cancellations: a refund will be given, minus a $25 cancellation fee, when a cancellation is received before 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on the first day of your reservation. The refund will be credited to the credit or debit card used to place the reservation.
• Changes: you can CHANGE your reservation to a different campground, campsite or day(s) within the current year, for a $5 fee.

• Cancellations: a refund will be given, minus a $25 cancellation fee, when a cancellation is received before 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on the first day of your reservation. The refund will be credited to the credit or debit card used to place the reservation.
• Changes: you can CHANGE your reservation to a different campground or day(s) within the current year, for a $5 fee.

• Cancellations: a refund will be given, minus a $25 cancellation fee, when a cancellation is received at least 21 days prior to your reservation. The refund will be credited to the credit or debit card used to place the reservation. No refund will be given if the cancellation is within 21 days of the event. Also note, refunds will not be given due to inclement weather.
• Changes: you can CHANGE your reservation to a different shelter or day within the current year, for a $5 fee.
