Spring Equinox Women's Wellness Workshop at Schumacher Farm

This special workshop for women begins with relaxing restorative yoga in the candlelight. Then, we'll set intentions for the new season and enjoy a soothing herbal tea drink. Restorative yoga includes a variety of supported seated and reclined body positions. No yoga experience is necessary!

Registration: Cost is $25. Registration is required as spots are limited.

What to bring: Please bring your own yoga mat; a pillow and small blanket is also highly recommended.
