Women's Wellness Workshop

This special workshop begins with gentle restorative yoga by candlelight, inviting deep relaxation. Afterward, we’ll set meaningful intentions and savor a calming herbal tea drink. Space is limited—reserve your spot today! Restorative yoga includes a variety of supported seated and reclined body positions. No yoga experience is necessary! Please bring your own yoga mat; a pillow and small blanket is also highly recommended to get the most out of the poses. $25 per person; meet in the Center for Rural History (red barn with barn quilt on side).
